My name is Joel (he/him), a social worker based out of Minneapolis. I’m an independent practitioner who has dedicated my entire professional life to working with people experiencing homelessness. This has been a passion-fueled journey of learning, growth, and challenge. After decades in the field honing my clinical skills, I’ve evolved my focus away from direct care delivery and into one of supporting my fellow providers sustain their practice. I’d like to help keep you and your staff feeling energized and sustainable as you find your way within the profession.
